VaccaCol® - your trusted choice for IBR-free colostrum powder sourced from the first milking.  You won’t find any bovine rhinotracheitis antibodies in our high-quality IBR-free colostrum for calves. But with over 300 grams per kilogram of antibodies against other pathogenic microorganisms, new additions to your herd get the best start with powerful VaccaCol® immune protection. Our colostrum powder contains further health-promoting and digestive system-supporting ingredients such as bovine prebiotics, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase and ruminant stomach lysozymes.

Opting for IBR-free colostrum is of vital importance when breeding AI bulls. AI (Artificial Insemination) IBR regulations do not permit the use of bulls containing IBR antibodies. Raising bulls for AI requires zero transfer of IBR antibodies. Doing so could lead to positive IBR antibody test results in the calf, and place future bovine sperm collection in jeopardy.  

Please note: VaccaCol® is entirely free from IBR antibodies, as required by bovine sperm donation regulations. If these regulations do not apply to your herd, we have developed Col-O-Calf as an alternative. Col-O-Calf is a colostrum replacer for calves taken from the first milking that may contain IBR antibodies. When it comes to the health of your herd, always choose the highest quality option.

Instructions

VaccaCol® can be used as a colostrum replacer from birth. 200g VaccaCol® provides the equivalent of approximately 1 litre of colostrum. 

VaccaCol® can also be used to support calf immune- and digestive systems. For this purpose, use 100g  VaccaCol® calf colostrum supplement for at least 4 consecutive days. 

VaccaCol® colostrum powder must be dissolved in water (maximum 45°C). Feed the calf immediately after the powder has dissolved to ensure the optimal biological effect of VaccaCol® active ingredients.
